I bought a bag of 100 synthetic wine corks from Amazon for reasonably cheap. I cut them into thirds with a set of pruning shears. They are light, hold their shape and will not deteriorate over time.

When we set up to shoot live through the SCATT target frame (10M rifle, roughly 580 fps) the SCATT result best corresponds with the live shot when the f coefficient is set at about 18. Shooting was one of the eight sports hosted here at West Point. It was run under Paralympic-type rules for injured, ill and recovering service members.

West Point Range has dedicated 20 small bore rifle firing points, 20 air gun points (both SB and Air have MegaLink targets) and a 22 point 25 yard pistol range with turning targets - oh, by the way - the 25 yard range is rated to .50 cal and we have a rifle test cradle that can accommodate a .50 cal...
