RFP visualisation

I have posted a video by Tony Anderson on YouTube. https://youtu.be/wSLggP61Cpw

It covers the use of visualisation in the Rapid Fire event.
    Enjoy!

    Re: 25m RFP Proposed changes

I agree that it's a done deal. I'm not sure it's a bad deal. RF bays are scarce , and there's no real possibility of a competitor owning a portable one. A single turning target is far easier to procure. ... RF bays are scarce... Not in Australia! Barring some 'indoor' clubs, I cannot think of one c...

I think Kimbo is referring to the Pistol Australia Black Powder matches (https://pistol.org.au/wp-content/upload ... -Rules.pdf ).

The Ruger Old Army qualifies for these.

Re: Why do the Olympic targets say "Omega"?

Having been involved in a couple of Olympics and several Commonwealth Games, the sponsorship 'dressing' of the venues is quite exhaustive; going down from the venue itself to the athletes and anyone else appearing FOP. Chech out photos of the targets at Olympics since 1996 - they are Sius targets bu...

    Nah! Not me!
I can appreciate well played banjo music, but not convinced that is suitable as background to a competition.
    Season's greetings to all.

So, I just have to ask. Is there an "Immature Age" competition? ;-)

    Re: Aging and Score Decline

We run a monthly 'Mature Age' competition at the Sydney Olympics range: using age groups rather than grades.
The shooters that were better than I back in the 70s and 80s are still beating me (but our scores are somewhat lower).

    FEG GPM -02

Is there anyone out there with a FEG GPM -02 that can measure the height of the front sight? Got mine out of the safe to have a plink and the front sight blade is missing. Either the height protruding above the muzzle shroud, or the overall dimension from the bottom of the shroud to the top of the b...

    Re: Opinions on Scoring, Challenges

Humidity affects target dimensions and this, in turn, can change the shot value given by a target reading 'machine' if the target moisture content changes. While this will not alter a 10.9, the further out the shot, and the greater the change in moisture content of the target paper between the shot ...
