Re: Foresight Rule Change
Is it only for 10m or also 50m free rifle ? As i read it, it may also ban outer canting indicator. Reference : https://www.issf-sports.org/getfile.aspx?mod=docf&pane=1&inst=460&file=Rifle_Rules.pdf Seems to be for all rifle events This rule seems to be in place for a year now, but MEC/Ce...

Re: New Anschutz A22 MAX Design Study
This facebook page has some videos with demonstrations of the locking mechanism : https://www.facebook.com/ahg.anschuetz Seems a bit weird, curious to see it in action in prone position. I think hhe bridge over the barrel seems to be a tuner, like on the FWB 2800, as there are some positioning marks...

Re: Pardini fr22 what options?
Hi.
If you plan to get in the world cup finals, the separate rear-stocks will help you to get the critical seconds of preparation.
Just get the simpler version, with just a stock, and you have a rifle that can follow you for decades.
Keep the money for ammo batch-testing, that's way more important !

Re: How about Pardini GPR1 TOP Air rifle?
GPR1, 800x, LG400, 9015 ... all the rifles will touch the 10 :) If you felt in love with the Pardini, go for it. Ask before if the service and availability of the parts is easy, so you don't wait for too long if you have a problem. All the rifles are more or less front-heavy, but you can counter wit...

Re: No Anschutz in the 10m Air Final
Didn't see any Anschutz up there on the 10m Men's air rifle final. Any reason the Steyr and the Walther seem to be preferred? Just curious Steyr did a commercial move by giving their air rifles to some shooters to promote it. Walther did the same some years ago, now mixing with the Feinwerkbau. Ans...

Re: Lg400 barrelled action : Are they all the same ?
Some models don't have an absorber. You can check if there is "Absorber" marked behind the loading lever. I'd say the Junior, Blacktec and Universal models are not equipped (sure 100% for the Junior, i checked if there is the mark on the others). Without the absorber, there is a slight rec...

Re: Weights
All the Fein are barrel-heavy and need some counter-weight on the rear stock. My process was exactly what was described above. I started with ~200gr of wheel self-adhesive weights. I placed them on the flat part between cheekpiece and buttplate. But they started to "un-stick" few months ag...

Re: Picatinny rail for KK500?
The KK500 has no specific accessory for any other rails than 11mm. Only an adapter will do the job. But on the receiver, there's already a 8mm riser (the silver part), that you may remove to save some height for the Pica adapter. For extending the rail, you can take a look at the MEC Vibrake Extent,...

Re: Regulated 10m Air Rifles
What do you mean by regulated/unregulated ? https://daystate.com/regulated-pcp/ Thank you ! Ok so i didn't even know that unregulated PCP existed, it was kinda obvious in my mind. So considering ISSF match PCP, all airguns are regulated. @ejcrist : Beware with all the 800x adjustments. Keep it simp...

Considering the main match PCP manufacturers (Walther, Fein, Anschutz, Steyr ...), all the rifles shoot the same way.
With a fill, you can shoot ~250/300 pellets, and below ~100/150 bar, velocity starts to decline slowly.

Re: New rifle by Pardini
The replaceable rear unit is also on Tec-hro, Mec, and also on the last Walther stocks, so no more a unique feature.
In EU price seems starting at at 5000€, and can go near 8000€ with two rear part.

This post is an obvious troll.
Describing a revamp from his Call Of Duty experience, is a troll, or it's indicating that this person should never approach a firearm and needs psychic medication.
But that's the most 'Murican way i'd imagine a shooting event xD

Re: Rear Iris with opening less thn 0.5 mm
Hi, Current irises sold by Gehmann and Centra are 0.5-3.0 or 0.8-1.8. At first i bought only 0.5-3.0 by thinking "hey free adjustement range, nice". But if you have to be consistently under 0.8mm, there is a problem, and just getting a smaller iris will just be (relatively speaking) harmfu...

I would say, from 1 to 10 :
/ 8 / / 9 9 9 9 / 9
Not sure on the first and eight shots though ... What pellets did he used ? Beside consistency, a good pellet is important for scoring on paper targets by hand.
