Hello,
My experience shooting my LP10 is that the Kevlar curtains in the Crossman style of trap is that they are pretty much destroyed after 3 or 4 cans of pellets.

Re: Varga Shooting Glasses Lense advice
Thanks for everyone's reply. I shoot BE with RED dot and AP with open sights so I assume that will need a lens for distance and one for close up, correct? I had planned on getting a custom distance prescription for BE shooting but I thought (perhaps incorrectly) that for the close up lens my normal ...

Varga Shooting Glasses Lense advice
Hello, I have recently start shooting AP again after a very long break and I have concluded that my $3.00, +2.00 reading glasses from ACE Hardware were probably not serving me well. I purchased some Varga 2000 glasses with a +.5 diopter lense but I can't even come close to focusing the sights. The s...

Practice pellet recommendation and source
Hi, I'm looking for a recommendation for practice pellets and where to buy them. I have an LP 10 and I doubt if at the level I shoot at that the pellets I use would be a differentiating factor. I'm currently using RWS Meisterkugeln but I don't know if this is more than I need or about right. Thanks,...

Scaling Targets
Hi,
I have recently purchased an LP-50 that I plan to use for practicing timed and rapid fire at home. Has anyone scaled a 25 yard B-8 target for 10 meters that could share the dimensions with me?
Thanks, Paul

LP 10 Spacer dimension
Hi,
My LP 10 is missing the plastic block that fits under the handle. From the pictures it looks like something that I could make. Could someone kindly measure theirs and let me know the dimensions?

Re: LP10 Sight question
I just had this same issue with my new to me lp10. Turned out when the seller put the original grip on it, he did not remember to include the plastic riser inside the grip. He is overnighting it to me. Without that riser, and with the rear sight in the forward position, the grip blocks the downward...

Thanks for the info. I was looking for something that was a 10 ~ 12 round series that I could complete in weekly.

Chip, do you happen to know if they are one match per quarter or are they multiple rounds?

Re: Air Pistol vs Standard Pistol / Expectations and Results
My guess is the difference in trigger weight. With the LP 10 I find that I can unconsciously let the shot release, I'm almost surprised when it happens. Not so much with the Walther. I just need to keep dry firing the Walther until I get to the same place. I've been trying to translate the air pisto...

Re: Air Pistol vs Standard Pistol / Expectations and Results
I seem to have the reverse happening. I can fairly consistently break 90 with my LP 10 at 10m but I rarely break 90 on a B8 at 25 yards with my .22 GSP. I'm still trying to figure out what is happening.

Well my LP10 doesn't have the plastic block so I guess that explains a lot. Thanks for the tip. Paul

Re: air pistol for timed, rapid fire practice?
For me the LP 50 was a great investment for bullseye shooting I use an it for timed and rapid fire practice and it is a great tool to improve your scores and technique. 1. Yes they are expensive to purchase – if you are practice, it will pay for itself in a very short time. 2. LP 50 can be used in ...

Importing Question
Hi everyone, After some deliberation I decided to bite the bullet and order an LP 50. I have an LP 10 but I would like an LP 50 so I can practice times and rapid fire for BullsEye league shooting. I called today to place my order and the last one was sold yesterday. I was told that the importer is o...

Re: LP10 Sight question
This sight picture is close to what I'm getting now, perhaps a little deeper. I'll try a shim and back down to the same as the photo. I'm loving the LP 10 by the way. I used to shoot ISSF 30 years ago with an FWB 65 air pistol, Walther OSP rapid fire, Hammerli .22 and a S&W K38. I live in the US...

Re: LP10 Sight question
Hello everyone, thank you for replies. I did check the clearance between the base of the sight and the top of the grip and it initially looked like it was touching but further examination revealed that it was not. I am turning the adjustment the correct direction and when I took the grip off it was ...
