Since you do not need to carry other equipment other than the pistols, I recommend the Pelican 1490 case. It was designed for a laptop computer and is not as deep as most of the other cases. It is shaped like a briefcase and has two locks built-in and also has provisions for two more small padlocks....

Paul, Although keeping the noise level down might seem important, I would never make that the deciding factor in purchsing an air pistol, nor would I lower the velocity in an attempt to lower the noise factor.
