Re: Adding weight to Anschutz air rifle
What I ended up doing for the 8002, was I made a custom mold out of a 2x4 and poured lead. I allowed for the buttplate holes and painted. I was then able to screw the weight onto the rifle with holes already provided. For the 1914 walnut stock I made a custom mold so the weight was the correct size ...

Anschutz bolt problems
I have a new 1903 that I am having bolt operation problems. I realize that a new bolt operation is expected to be hard or a little stiff since it is new. However I think this is more than that. After a round is fired it is really hard to lift the bolt up to pull back. Any suggestion on how to correc...

Re: O-ring sizes for Crosman Challenger 2009
yep, rifles coming out one and half years ago called for moly graphite EP grease to be used on the t bolt. Our club got another challenger last April and the manual called for dry graphite powder. That started the process of being in contact to crosman for some detailed instructions or diagrams how ...

Pellet/shot management
Any ideas how to help new shooters keep track of what bull they are shooting at and to keep it one per bull? I have some youth that are always losing track.
Thanks,
john

Re: O-ring sizes for Crosman Challenger 2009
You may just want to contact Crosman. I purchased a dozen o-rings for the t-handle handle straight from Crosman. I can't remember the price but it was very reasonable. I had to take the charging handles apart on our club guns to clean them because they first called for a moly grease then later chang...

Shot Process
Would any of you elite 10 meter shooters share your shot process. I coach a youth club and would like to share a couple examples of the extent a top shooters shot process looks like.
thanks

Re: Ideas for pellet trap -home use
I made one of these for my daughter. They are fairly easy if you have a table saw and drill. I added a wheel on the front of each leg so when you tilt the stand toward you it can be easily moved or put away.

Training for the match
I have heard you want to organize your practice schedule so your shooters go to a match when they are at their peak performance. How does a coach do that? how does a training schedule look to have your competitors peaking if the match is 1,2, 4 months away?
thanks
thanks

I thank you all. That is exactly the kind of feed back I was hoping for. So back to original question. Is that the amount of space to try to achieve?

Re: eye relief
Ok I guess to need give more info. I coach junior athletes. I seen the posted image of a sight picture used by Walther air rifles. It got me thinking I am 90% sure that the rear iris used on the rear sights we have do not allow that much space or light around the front sight globe assembly. In gener...

Re: Sight Picture Troubles
Looks like we solved the problem. The plastic insert with the beveled aperture did not create a very dark or wide ring. I purchased a "high contrast" insert and she seems to be happy with it. Thanks for everyone's suggestions.

Ok just one question? For 10m air target that has 10 bulls, one shot per bull. Do you scan whole paper or each bull?
Thanks
