Re: Target height for indoor prone

But now I come regularly at a shooting range in which the target is mounted on 140 cm instead of 40 cm. How far away is the target? Raising the buttplate will pivot the muzzle upwards, but you might also need to move the handstop in to the trigger, and shorten the sling too. Obviously the cheekpiec...

Re: Target height for indoor prone

Dear All,

I'm used to shoot at a flat shooting range.
But now I come regularly at a shooting range in which the target is mounted on 140 cm instead of 40 cm.

what changes should I expect to still shoot properly?

Re: Anschutz 54.30 or 1913

Hans, I get the impression that if any DO appear before the end of the year, they will be going into the hands of German National Squad, International Shooters or people who pre-ordered in May. What I'm hearing over here is that our importer/distributor may have 10 rifles allocated to them in April...

Re: Anschutz 54.30 or 1913

Hans, you don't say what stock you have with your current Anschutz, but you may find the 1913 in the 1918 or 1913 wood Supermatch stock easier to load. Re: Anschutz 54.30 or 1913

My gun dealer told me that the 54.30 will be available at the end of this year. So i dont mind waiting for it even when it takes a bit longer. A secondhand target rifle is hard to find. If one is available its a 1903 or 1907. And i want a super match. Because im a big strong man. Or just the rifle l...

Dear sport friends, My Name is Hans and I am from the Netherlands. In a couple of weeks I can get my first rifle. I’m a small bore target shooter so I want to buy me a brand new Anschutz.
