Does stippling or checkering of the rifle grip allowed in the ISSF/Olympic air rifle events? Thanks.

I understand that the weight that is attached to the butt plate as shown is now illegal according to the latest ISSF rules. I am asking if the flat plate that is attached to the stock is also illegal under the rules?

Does anyone know if Feinwerkbau air rifle 700 stocks and 800 stocks are interchangable? i.e. can I fit a 700 action onto the 800 stock?
