I tried and AP20 and I hated it!
It has muzzle flip like I've never seen on a Air PIstol!
Recently I bought got the LP400, still adapting to it, but its a great shooter!!!

automatic pilot vs awareness
When do you get better results on matches, when the automatic pilot is "on" and shooting for you or when you have full concentration/awareness of the moment and movements you're making? Am I clear enough? (Lets make simple statistics!)

Re: 10 m AP and cataract op
About the dominant eye I can say, I'm left eye dominant but I shoot with my right eye (and right arm)! After my first week of shoting with my left eye, I got a pain in the neck, so I changed! Easy as hell! when I practice dynamic shooting, with both eyes opened and two hands, I use the left eye! And...

Re: Morini 162 poor muzzle speed consistency?
I always heard a 5 to 10 m/s is acceptable! 20 fps is around 6m/s
looks nice too me... dont blame your gun ;)

Re: Morini 162 poor muzzle speed consistency?
Its not that bad!
The diference between a 510fps shot and a 490 fps shot is only 2mm at 10 meters!
I used Hawke ChairGun Pro for trajectory calculation!

Re: Length of sight radius on short airguns
Tyka, if weight is a problem you can consider the Walther LP400 carbon with a short cylinder (full size pistol). Some Juniors on my club use that!

Re: Length of sight radius on short airguns
If you buy a walther LP400 alu model you can move the the back sight and the front sight all along the barrel sleeve, getting from 15 to 40cm os sight radius! I'm not trying to influence you, just showing you other options...

Re: singing in your head makes better shooting?
This post is very serious, at least for me! I've been a musician for more than 20 years now. I love music and I think fiferent types of music and diferent songs affect my attitude. And attitude is really important during a match! In my own researh I found that mu favorite songs sometimes can be tric...

Re: trigger stop
I dont use the trigger stop. Never bother to try it... just assumed it was a bad principle! Always thought it would be best for me to learn mastering the trigger without it! But after reading this thread, I will try it for sure in a near future... and I hope it will increase my scores. But, my botto...

Re: Shooting with the lights off
Rover, it's not that simple, at least for me. With more light the bull gets more sharpeness, but it's easier to focus on the front sight! Everything becomes more sharp... With less light i have a big trouble focus on anything... and in the end the focus drifts to bull, where there is more contrast! ...

Re: Shooting with the lights off
Zesdsed, I have a similar problem... my considerations, I think it's easy for you to focus on the front sight, with the target light turned of, because the all the contrast is on your fornt sight! There's nothing to focus on the target. For me, shooting with more light, helps me! More light, means t...

Re: Walther LP400 ALU review
My club has 4 Walther Lp300... everyboy use them, and they never had any problems (at least for the last 2 years)! I'm constantly changing my setup, so I remove the grip often, but I never thight screws too much (because I know the next day i'll be changing somethiong again)! Back to the days where ...

Walther LP400 ALU review
Hi guys, Just got my new LP400. I admit I was a bit scared at first because I hadn’t the opportunity to try it as much as I wanted before buying it… First impression: - beautiful gun, with good design, but somehow looks fragile. - the grip has a nice wood. It fits my hand well, but looks to thin for...
