Re: Rover - Match Winner - Two Years Running
Greetings "Rover", Ah yes, shooting at Custer with the Canadiens... An experience every USA shooter should embrace. The wife and I have many fond memories of shooting International at Custer Sportsman's Club. I suspect this is the club you refer to? Matches run by John and Vivian? Do you r...

Re: Rover - Match Winner - Two Years Running
Greetings,
A home repaired air cylinder burst, I believe, and the 1889 and 1890 records were destroyed.
Rover, fortunately, was not seriously injured.
Cheers,
Dave

Re: Where to find 5 meter reduced size air pistol targets
Greetings,
Please post the eBay link for the reduced targets.
Material-wise, Kruger and Edelmann make nice targets. The pellets make nice clean holes.
I scrounge used Kruger targets from the shooting club to use for group testing due to the clean holes they produce.
Cheers,
Dave

Re: the 6 boxes on the target
Greetings, We shoot five shots per card. (Friendly match, not Registered.) Then, when scoring, the value of each shot goes into a box. Add the above five boxes for a total five shot score. Mostly helpful when scoring other shooters and it give you a chance to agree/disagree with the values. Cheers, ...

Greetings,
Amazing shooting, 2680!!!
My heart fell when he described the last string of Rapid Fire, an eight and three nines...
Very difficult to visualize his performance that day.
Many thanks for a great video.

Greetings,
I may be wrong, again, but does not the Kite cylinder fill to 250 BAR?
Do not forget your Photo Shoot with Laughing Bear.
He drove all the way down from the frigid North Seattle for this rare opportunity.
Cheers,
Dave

Greetings,
Interesting report.
Here is a scan of a Speer test regarding bullets of different diameters and resultant pressures.
Must be a difference between Semi-jacketed and Lead bullets...

Greetings, PardiniUSA has had booths at the Shot Show. I believe Mr. Pardini himself attended a few years back. The last one Pardini Italy sent one of their Engineers. Keith Sanderson and Emil Milev have been at some of the past shows representing Pardini. Alas, this is only one vendor selling Match...

Re: S&W K-frame Match Grips?
Greetings,
I have a right hand set of grips for the K-Frame, size small.
Intended for UIT/ISSF Center Fire as you cannot cock the hammer with the shooting hand.
They are not adjustable.
Walnut material and I have no idea who made them.
If interested, send me an email.
Cheers,
Dave

Re: .32 S&W Long and WST powder?
Greetings, The Hornady Reloading book used to list tested loads for their 90 grain HBWC, now discontinued. This would be a good starting point. Make sure you use the HBWC data, not the SWC data. The bullets have different seating depths. While WST is not specifically mentioned, you will be able to g...

Re: S&W Model 52 - BoMar Rib
Greetings Jim, The BoMar M52 ribs were advertised in old Gil Hebard catalogs. Regular and Extended version for the Model 52. The one I have has pockets milled underneath to lighten the assembly which made sense, in a way, as the 38 WadCutter is fairly mild. The ejection port cutout is longer in leng...

S&W Model 52 - BoMar Rib
Greetings,
I have a like new BoMar rib that I believe fits the S&W Model 52.
Does anyone have a Model 52 with a rib that I can compare notes with?
My rib is the extended front sight version.
Cheers,
Dave

Re: CM84E elevation screw size and pitch
Greetings,
Measure the diameter of the screw for the Major Diameter.
Mount the pistol in a vise and measure how much the screw moves a test indicator in one turn. To verify, try 3 and 4 turns.
Cheers,
Dave
