Thanks Oldnslow, that's exactly what I needed to know. Mine has shrunk then, the pistol was probably stored with the spring under pressure by a previous owner.

Toz 35 Firing Pin Spring Length

Does anyone know the length of the firing pin spring in the Toz 35 when new? I have had a couple of light strikes so I have dissembled the firing spring assembly and cleaned everything. I measured the spring and it is 26mm but I dont know the correct length. Just wondering if has compressed a bit an...

Re: Air Pistol Sighting Problem

I’ve had an eye test and a new lens fitted just recently but no better. The fact that non-illuminated targets are crystal clear makes me think it isn’t a lens issue?

Air Pistol Sighting Problem

I have been having difficulty getting a clear sight picture on the air pistol range. When I hold on the blank wall just above the target, my sites are perfectly clear. However, when I lower the pistol onto the illuminated target, I get slight blurring of both rear and forward sites making my hold a ...

Re: NG 30x50 Spotting Scope

Thanks for the comments. I decided to purchase the Kowa as it is so much cheaper than the NG and more powerful magnification for my older eyes.

NG 30x50 Spotting Scope

Has anyone used the NG 30x50 spotting scope for 50m pistol? I have the smaller 20x33 which is great for 20m events but I am struggling to see the holes in the black at 50m and wondered if the 30x will make an appreciable difference? TIA

Morini CM84E Compensator Comparisons

I currently only have the Front Sight Holder which came with the pistol on my CM84E but have been wondering if I should purchase a compensator for less recoil and better follow through. I see there are 2 after-market versions on the Buinger website (Normal & Long compensators) and I wondered if ...

Morini CM84E 2 Stage Trigger Adjustment

I picked up a used 2 stage trigger cheap to try in my CM84E but the first stage is very long and I cannot work out how to adjust this. It didn't come with any adjustment instructions and I have searched all over the web but cannot find anything. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Steyr LP10E Trigger Carrier

Does anyone know if there is a replacement metal trigger carrier (part 55.1) available yet? I understand there is but I have searched all over the web and forums with no luck. I'm not a fan of the plastic one that came on the pistol as it can bend with the trigger blade mounted well forward.
Thanks

Walther LP400 Grip Size

I am now considering the purchase of the LP400 mainly due to chronic tennis elbow and the weight difference between this pistol and my Morini 162EI. Some time ago when I was not in the market I picked one up with a medium grip and I remember being surprised at how small (thin) the grip felt. Can any...

Scope Rail Morini 162

I would like to scope my Morini 162 for silhouette, does anyone know where I could by a mount? A barrel clamp mount would be ideal but not sure if anyone makes them?
Thanks

Centra Toz Balance Supplier

I have been trying to order a Centra Toz Balance but they only seem to be available in the UK or Germany and the suppliers I have tried wont ship outside the EU. Does anyone know of a supplier of this product who will ship to the rest of the world as I can't seem to find one?
Thanks

Other Forums?

I really enjoy this forum but would like to know if there are additional pistol forums out there that focus on ISSF? I found a Yahoo forum for Free Pistol but it isn't very active. I am keen to improve my shooting so would like to read as much as possible.
Thanks

Does anyone have a link to a downloadable free pistol target that can be shot at 25 mtrs? I guess it will be 50% of the size of a standard pistol target?
Many thanks

CM84E Compensator - Is it really that easy?

My compensator (new style) is an absolute pain to get off. It is so tight I have to get my son to hold the pistol while I wrestle with the compensator. It's a good 15 minute job! Are yours really that easy to get off? Wonder what the problem is with mine??

New vs Old CM84E Compensator????

Does anyone know if there is a difference in performance in the 2 compensators? My pistol was delivered with the new (long) one but the pistol is so long it won't fit in any pistol case. Performance is nice with the new one but not sure I want to buy a new gun case just to accommodate the length. It...

No, that's something I haven't done and I did comment to my son that it seems to be hitting the backstop a lot harder than my Steyr LP10.

Thanks for that, will check as soon as I can before I start filing!
