Not to put a damper on things, but have you considered that Hurricane Wilma is due to be in that area. I'm not sure about the track yet, but no one is either. Thank you for the info, but I cannot say if I am able to attend until a later date.

I shoot Free, Air, Standard, Sport and Rapid. So basically I shoot all the events. I thought I looked at the match bulletin, but I didn't see anywhere that it said anything about an air match. Let me know what all you are going to be shooting that day and I will attempt to make it up there that day....

Very interested, please give more information as available. I am from the Orlando area and there are very few matches in Florida, and I would like to stay in Florida instead of driving farther.

Ok so basically what everyone is saying is don't do weights that you can't do for 10-15 repetitions at least? I Normally do 10-20 repetitions depending on what aparatus I am using, and then some added cardio exercise. I don't max out, or for that matter come anywhere near maxing out, but i don't exa...
