Re: New Morini Air Pistol - CM200 EI
Any specification updates, like did they modernize it by adding an absorber to keep up with all the other manufacturers? Other than foo foo stuff like carbon fiber doo dads here an there, the absorber is about the only thing they need to add. They already have one of the best triggers in air pistols...

Some folks converted FWB P70's over to FT power.

New front sight
Seen it all now, that's an interesting take on a front sight for an airgun......Update: He sold the gun, so the link was broken, I should have saved a copy of the photo to post. He had a FWB 603 for sale with a 601/602 rear sight and a 603/700 series rear sight mounted on the front of the barrel, re...

How true, went for over $900. Great buy if you can do the seal job yourself or know of someone who can.

Plus, it says it needs seals. I've read these are not the easiest air pistols to work on. Bid is over $350 currently.

Kruger leave clean holes at our club with any 10m pistol we use except for Daisy 714 or 747's. Their velocity is lower than IZH46M. Make sure the cardboard backing isn't shot out.

Re: FWB 800x vs. FWB 800 Evolution Top
Same barrel, receiver, trigger, absorber, and sights. You might lose a little distance in length between sights. For me the biggest negative fore the Top is the ambidextrous grip. It can be upgraded, but requires some additional parts other than the grip. The lower overall weight might be a plus to ...

Re: Weights for Air Rifle
Rifleman, what rifle do you have? Most 10m rifle manufacturers have the butt stock weights you want available. Piefou, See the new 2017 ISSF rules summary posted today. 13. Rifle Weights. Weights attached to the butt-stock must be “within the fundamental shape of the stock.” Weights may not be taped...

Re: Great Indoor Pellet Trap
Any lead bounce back from the rubber mulch or does the coroplast prevent it? Rubber is springy, so I thought you might get a mess in front of the trap. I like the idea of coroplast, might not get the cardboard mess from being shot out. I suppose you could always use plumbers putty instead of the rub...

Re: Optical scope over red dot for 10m plinker w astigmatism
Rover, this is true, and perhaps I should not have posted this in this thread, since the category is Olympic Pistol, but there are airgun club matches in my area that allow red dots since we have shooters 50 and up with aging eyes. When I used to shoot NRA Bullseye competitors, I regularly practiced...

Re: Optical scope over red dot for 10m plinker w astigmatism
Rover is correct on getting prescription glasses to correct your astigmatism is the best advice. I don't see why using a red dot on 10m AP is such a big deal around here, especially for us with aging eyes. Everyone seems to poo poo them for AP. I guess it's the purist attitude, kind of like SSP vs. ...

Re: Cost and Disadvantages of a PCP Rifle
I'm considering a PCP rifle for smallbore metallic silhouette practice and formal 10 meter competition If your silhouette shooting involves any short timed events (ie. a few seconds per shot), the older P70 series FWB PCP rifles are the cats meow. There ambi forward cocking mechanism works great fo...

FWB P70 Jr. front sight extension
Looking to extend the front sight distance on my P70 Jr. to that of a full size rifle. I see two different models listed at 10.9 and CenterShotSports. Does anyone have any experience or input on these two models, or know of other options? Tec-Hro Tune: More expensive but I like the way this one moun...
