Good entry level smallbore rifles for a club

Greetings, I am seeking some guidance as to what rifle options are there for entry level competitions that my club could look at purchasing to introduce new shooters to the sport and replace our remington 40x. Off hand I have the 1903 and 1907 as possible options (hoping someone with a bit more info...

Going to the World Cup in Ft Benning

Greetings, I am seeking some guidance so to how to get to the Rifle WC next May. I would like to have the process outlined to me in its entirety if possible. Jamaica has never before sent a shooter and so there isn't readily available information. If anyone has documents that they think may also be ...

At this point my heart all but set on the 1913. The member at my club refuses to sell the 1413 for sentimental reasons that u can't fight. So since I'm now forced to import a rifle from the states I may as well go for the upgrade. Still open tho to ideas Was looking at getting a moderately use rifle...

I would really prefer to buy a more modern rifle (do not intend to buy twice in near future) since I going to have to be going through the hassles of import and all. Really want to just buy the 1913 and put the rifle thing to bed don't want to have to be still thinking of a newer rifle to replace th...

Can somebody leases explain why anschutz has changed the default trigger on new rifles to the two stage trigger? Are there any world champions or Olympic finalists or even other great shooters who use single stage triggers? Can the two stage be adjusted to the point where it shoots like a single stage

I am looking to buy the 1913 from creedmore since champion shooters and choice are both out of stock. How could I go about getting a factory selected barrel? Or are there good barrels made by others for a 54 action that would be better to buy? Right now I shooting 550s with an old Remington imr and ...

This is really very good info. Didn't know about most of these things. Do you think it is possible to buy a new 1913 and the barrel from factory is not perfect or is not good enough to be able to shoot 600 (assume rifle in gun vice lol)? Even tho from readings I see where the rifle would come with a...

So it is safe to say that this rifle could shoot as good as any 1913 since the basic components ie barrel and action are the exact same in the year 2014 as it was in 75? All I really like is the trigger and the hook is really the notable changes. Does lock time really affect accuracy or consistency ...
