Or is this absorber simply the oring compression fitting where the shooter loads the pellet, and the bolt closes on said Oring. part # 1780.210.1
For an air tight seal.
The adjustment says 5 minutes movement at a time, which is not much at all.

rsz_1rsz_20221014_104841_-_copy (1).jpg Here is the assembly diagram, thinking it is a cam operated screw adjustment of some kind, to adjust some rubber absorber washer, and should be within its operating range. Will make some phone calls to CC, Pilk, etc. , One possibility is just take it apart and...

Re: Need info on FWB800 vs. FWB800X
rsz_120221012_073234_-_copy.jpg Am trying to make sense of this Absorber, where it is, what does it look like, how to check measurement of adjustment for the absorber? Thinking the manual, the info gets lost in translation. And mine has not any resistance felt anywhere near the 12mm to 17mm window....

Re: Brand New to 10m - Which Rifle
rsz_20220916_175853_-_copy.jpg Did it, new FWB 800x Comp, immediately am very impressed, Standing hold has a really good feel, and much steadier than the C60. I was using it right out of the box and need to make adjustments. I may add some ounces at the muzzle. It is not dancing at all, it is very ...

Re: Rifle rest for offhand stand
216k.jpg This set up has worked well for me. "no part of the stand is higher than the athlete’s shoulders when in the standing position." Key words here are "When in the standing position", I drop my leading shoulder a bit when in position, states "shoulders" plural, s...

Re: Brand New to 10m - Which Rifle
I am a right hand shooter with right eye dominant, I recently added to this thread, as the original poster was looking to buy a new rifle, same as myself. Thanks for that good information of 60mm.

Re: Brand New to 10m - Which Rifle
1229-large_default.jpg While we're on the subject, I'm not sure how to tell if I shoot L or R, I can do both with similar results and grouping. So any advice on this would be helpful. I'm right-handed and left-eye dominant. https://oberleenterprises.com/product-category/sighting/sight-shifting/ Als...

Re: Brand New to 10m - Which Rifle
I am getting back into Standing Air Rifle using a FWB C60. After a few weeks, it is starting to get better, 87 points with no flyers. Am considering upgrading to a more recent PCP rifle. My past experience was with a FWB 601 pump, 15K plus shots, 550+ match , 570+ practice. The FWB fits me, I make i...

air pistol competition
Hi Brian, There are many people out there that have Olympic/International shooting in their past. I am in central NH, so I am to far for travel. I do not want to open forum actual names. But I could get you in touch with them, or the groups that are still doing International air rifle and/or pistol....
