Gunsmith for Walther OSP

My Junior Club has possession of a Walther OSP rapid fire pistol. Who is a good gunsmith for this pistol?

Redfield International Rear Sight Repair

Does anyone know of where I can get a Redfield International (Mark 8) rear sight worked on? Both elevation and windage screws need replacing.

Yes, you need to get a tank with a riser tube. I would stay away from the beverage CO2. Find a good fire extinguisher refill shop. They also may have the ability to hydro test your cylinder.

O-ring replacement

Can anyone tell me how to replace the green o-ring on the Walther CPM-1 and CP-2 cylinders. Yeah, I know that they are dinosaurs in this day, but they are all my Junior club has. Any help would be appreciated.

NRA has little or no requirment on the construction and fit of the jacket. You can still use strap or zipper closures if desired. International shooting (ISSF/USAS) rules have strict rules on the construction of the jacket and the fit. "The jacket must hang loosley on the competitor".

Alan, Here is a thought you might want to ponder. If your entry level shooter is a young person, consider getting a decent air rifle for the starter instead of a smallbore rifle. They can be pure lefty or ambidextrous and can be used to train in 3p shooting quite easily. When the shooter has shown s...

The Anschutz 1903 is available in left hand. It is called an 'intermediate" level rifle, but it is more than adequate for an entry level shooter. The Savage 900 is available in left hand but it would need some trigger work and there are no adjustments available on the stock. If your 'entry leve...

Cheng, You cannot see both the sights and the target in equal sharpness at the same time. Your concentration should be on the sights through the entire shot. You will be able to see the bull, but it will not be sharp. A good training exercise is to shoot at a blank paper. Turn the target around so t...

A shot touching the line between scoring rings receives the higher value of the two rings.
Men shoot 60 shots and women shoot 40 shots.

Jose, Thanks for the explaination. I was only able to achieve what you described by mounting my rear sight in front of the loading port. I must say that this is rather unconventional. But, if it works for you, so be it. At this point it appears that we will have to agree to disagree and I will retur...

Jose, Are you, per chance, using a tube sight? With one such as the Unertl tube, I can see accomplishing what you are describing. However, with a 18mm front sight and the rear sight in a normal position, I am unable to eliminate neither the line of white nor the edge of my front signt tunnel from my...

Jose,
Are you saying that instead of 4 concentric circles (line of white outside the front globe (tunnel), the globe, area around aperture, and aperture), one should only be seeing 2 concentric circles (area around the aperture and aperture)?

You should see the entire front sight plus a uniform line of white around the front sight. This constitutes your sight alignment. The size of the line of white kind of depends upon the shooter, but it is better to have it a little big rather than too small. And, yes, you should align the sights befo...
