Re: Good book on free pistol?

Thanks for the feedback. Don't hesitate to pm me if you want a copy. Just a note: If you order two books (for a friend or as a gift perhaps), that second book only adds about 50% to the price. Thats due to that I give a discount and the shipping fee is not doubled. Think about it :) take care Mathias

Re: Ragnar Skanaker new book

Howdy folks You can order a hardcopy from me directly (I assume an English version, but I have some Swedish copies left). Cost will be 20 USD + shipping, normally 17 USD for the US and suprisingly a little higher for Europe. But send me a pm if you are interested and I will give the exact total amou...

Re: Ragnar Skanaker new book

Generally we will try to arrange for discounts if you buy several media formats, but let me come back with more information after I have discussed it further with Ragnar and Pontus.

Keep your electronic receipts as we would need that for verification.

Re: Ragnar Skanaker new book

The hardcopy will be ready for distribution around beginning of July. The English version is a translation of the updated, edited and modernised Swedish text. Compared to the original the chapters on planning and competition has gotten som more meat and been edited to flow better with the book struc...

Re: Ragnar Skanaker new book

Hi

Ragnar is currently on his way to Tallin to arrange the final details regarding hardcopy print.
Other digital distribution channels will be used.
Im looking at google play books and amazon. Any other stores in mind? Please suggest and I will look into it.

Re: Good book on free pistol?

Hi The schedule slipped a little, as it often seems to do when you have toddlers around. The book is ready, and we will start with the english version on iBooks, which will be available in 1 or 2 days. Hardcopies (in English and Swedish) will be printed within a month, but distribution outside of Sw...

Re: iOS shot detection apps?

I meant shot detection as in audio detection. To display the time for each shot in rapid fire for instance.

Re: Good book on free pistol?

At a dinner with Skanåker last week the book was discussed briefly. The copyright will not be released, that much I can tell you for sure.

OK, so I adjusted my trigger. Longer creep on second stage (reduced 1st a bit and added up the 2nd) will make it feel nice all over the trigger pull. Now the scratchy part. It's not the sear as far as I can see. With the gun not cocked, I fell a scratchyness moving the trigger. This is also felt if ...

Previously I had the factory setup of the 2nd stage. But, I started to feel that it became a bit too heavy/glassbreak (I could easily feel the 2dn stage after picking up the 1st stage) and I wanted to have a more consistent pull until the shot breaks. Now I seem to have managed to more or less remov...

Love my FP60

I just got my hands on a FP60 (mint, just a few months old) with a new 7 degree rink grip. Original grip is crap (in my opinion) but combine FP60 with the rink grip and to me it is a killer. Just remember that the grip angle can be altered about 10 degrees vertically. Without setting it to its lowes...

With respect to Olympic pistol, seems moderately better than just snapping some photos with your camera. For adjusting a scope for your rifle, perhaps it's more suitable. Where's the analysis of the shots? Deviations, score tracking etc. Perhap the tip should have been posted in the NRA/rifle sectio...

Hi All Have anyone really seen a written statement that ISSF will impose a 10year rule for air tubes? Its not in the ISSF general rules from 2009 (or technical rules from swedish shooting federation, translation from ISSF documentation) nor the upcoming 2013 rules. If I missed some documents where (...

I did often "drop" he front sight in the beginning. But that was because of lack of focus on the front sight and wrist not being firm/static enough.
