whoop is just a heart rate monitor, communicates suggests two way. This device just sends out your heart race to your phone. Its not a smart watch, has no screen etc.

I think that is a good call, cheaper than a spare gun.

Re: Steyr Evo velocity drop
I found the issue - I had not tensioned the small retainer screw correctly. It was allowing the adjuster screw to move and lose velocity. It is now set around 518 fps. Occasionally it drops down to about 510 - is this within normal tolerance? Should I change the hammer spring anyway? Do you send you...

Steyr Evo velocity drop
Noticed my Evo was feeling sluggish and put it on the chrono, 430 fps Adjusted it to 520 and was good for a few shots ( 10) before it started to drop off again. O rings look good, no air escaping at the breach. Is there an obvious thing i can look for around the hammer spring area or should i just s...

Re: the dominance of Capapie shooting suits
It was about 4 weeks before I went back to collect it. As a non Indian national, it is not as easy as I thought it would be given they have signed distribution contracts with many areas.markvulture wrote: ↑Fri Feb 09, 2024 5:16 pm Just an idle question 400driver, but when you visited India how long did they take to make your jacket etc?

Re: Are there particular exercises that can be practiced to reduce firearm wobble?
I remember years ago seeing a university fitness training program but despite searching again I have not been able to find it. Anyone seen it? It was quite comprehensive.
It could be the scrid document above as not a member.

Initial point on the target -before lowering ?
10 M air rifle. Having lifted off the tripod and settled into a position where you are stable and looking over the sights toward the target, when lowering your eyes into the sights, how much above the target center should it be before commencing the descent? All the Scatt traces show the good shoote...

Re: the dominance of Capapie shooting suits
I am just beginning in 10M after spending most of my time in pistol and AP. I saw that Capapie had a good reputation and I was on business in India and decided to drop in for a fitting ! They were surprised as I dont think they get many expat visitors. It did cause a bit of a problem as I am from an...

Re: Match Gun MG5E Scatt mount
its 15.06 mm at a place where you could mount a Scatt unit below. The 3d print will need some rubber slip material to cushion it to fit perfectly. Many thanks G for the files.

I will take a look when I have a spare few minutes. I have been using Cura but have very limited experience. Fusion360 is on my learn to do list.

Match Gun MG5E Scatt mount
Hi,
Is anyone familiar with a mount for the MG5 to fit a SCATT device? I checked on Thingyverse and no returns.
Many thanks
Mark

Re: Scatt or dry fire?
The blank wall theory does work well as when I train on a Electronic target with the only the white side showing and see the actual score it is always around 93-94 and always better than my deliberate series at the subsequent proper targets. Will try and accommodate both types.

Re: Scatt or dry fire?
Thanks all.
Yes I do live fire at home with an electric target but I find I shoot to score rather than to train. I spend a good amount of time against a bland wall during the 55 seconds on then off.
I will try to mix them all up and work on the details.
many thanks.
