I did some more poking around and, as is usual on Google, it coughed up another name: Airgunwerks - Dave Slade.

They're not local to Detroit area but I couldn't find anyone beefing them and a bunch of folks who think the outfit is pretty good. So, that's probably where I'll send my HW-70.

I've got an IZH-46 if I want to get a bit more serious but the HW70 is a nice, easy-to-shoot gun that I can fire either off-hand or two-handed.

Anyhow, do you know someone kind of local who can work on the gun?
