Full Scholarship

Dale,
There isn't one NCAA school (that I am aware of) that will award a full scholarship for shooting. It is way to risky for the coach to 'stick his neck out' and have the shooter not perform - the university loses big time and the coach loses big time. Shooting teams are very small and their budgets are as small - that is why there aren't any 'full' scholarships awarded.

This is a very basic beginning source of info. I find that it's very often out of date, and not "exactly" accurate.
I've sent in updates (for Georgia Colleges) and they never seem to get into the list. I'd sure like to see an "as of" date as well as definitions of some of the categories...

Though I haven't updated it yet this year (Duquesne is gone), my page has all the NCAA teams.

You'll have to contact the coaches to see what scholarships they might have for a foreign student. There may be full scholarships at a few schools but you'd already have to be a world-class shooter. There are only 3.6 full scholarships available as a max to divide up among a team (eg, 7 people could get a half scholarship if a school funded the full 3.6).
