Quadrennial Review?

Anyone have any information about the upcoming Quadrennial Review Bob Mitchell talked about at the recent Competitor's Meeting?
Since this sounded like a "Strategic Planning" type of drill, I was wondering how (or I guess more likely "if") there was any way to get USAS membership concerns and/or input into this process.
Anybody out there know?
I checked the USAS website and found nothing . . .
