Broken Air Rifles in Olympic Women's Air Rifle?

Just curious if anyone had insight as to what the malfunction was on Mary Tucker's Feinwerkbau during the 10m qualification.

I saw Seonaid McIntosh had an issue ("cracked sight") that forced her to use a backup rifle.

I saw that the issues were problems with sights...believed to be related to being stored in an armory.

Storing any gun- rifle or pistol- uncased and unlocked, would seem to be a "no go," going forward.
