I am a disabled person, I have a NRA Disabled Card.
It allows me to shoot in a wheelchair position.
What are the rifle and pistol rules? I cannot find it anywhere.
Do I have to use a wheelchair or just sit in a seat.

There are a few different answers to your question.

NRA has a waiver process for Adaptive Shooting

I believe they will review your info and let you know what you can do to compete in most NRA matches.
If Dr. Joe Logar is still there, he is an amazing resource!

USA Shooting governs the International/Paralympic shooting sports in the US.
They use WSPS rules (Spencer's link).
To compete at the highest levels, you'll have to get medically classified, but can get started without that.
You could consider USASNC in June at Ft. Moore (Benning).
Brenda Silva is the Paralympic coach. Another amazing resource, although VERY busy as this is the Paralympic Games year!

In the USA, Move United runs numerous introductory and domestic national airgun competitions and has rules somewhat similar to WSPS.

Numerous other events are scattered throughout the country and year. Some focus on veterans or youth or regional areas.

Hi Bob: I have a disabled card from Dr. Logar. It reads I can compete in wheelchair events. I don’t use a wheelchair, but use a walker with a seat. Since that card was issued, my weakness (neuropathy has worsened and can no longer hold up my pistol. Am I allowed to keep my elbow on the bench, or use 2 hands? This is for NRA Bullseye.

Hi Marty,
Thank you for the update and sorry to hear that your neuropathy has worsened.
Since your condition has changed, I suggest you contact Dr. Logar to update that and specifically ask about elbow support. I am not familiar enough with the NRA precedents/rules to know the answer.
I do know that resting elbow(s) is not allowed in WSPS Paralympic pistol and you would need to hold up the pistol with one hand.
For USA Shooting Progressive Position Pistol, we did allow developing athletes to use solid supports in phase 1, then a counterbalance (T-stand) in phase 2. That program is for juniors, but you could try it if you like.
