Aguila SE standard velocity 40 gr now manufactured by Armscor?

Hi,

I notice that Aguila SE standard velocity 40 gr ammo now has a new red and white package and is manufactured by Armscor. I thought the previous stuff in the white/blue/gold package was pretty good but the package said nothing about Armscor. Has anyone here used this new Armscor produced ammo?
