Can anyone give me the interior diameters of Starik and Uptagrafft tuner tubes?

Thank you. I don't know an Uptagrafft from a Starik. Which one is which?

Starik is photo in top position - carbon fiber tube ID 17.58mm
Uptagraff is in bottom position - matt black aluminum tube ID 18.92mm
