The seals went bad in my LGR. The local gunshop replaced the
seals. The rifle shoots just fine, but it is extremely hard to
open and close the cocking lever.
The gunshop owner said it will probably get easier over time.
I've shot about 30 pellets through the rifle and the cocking lever
is still hard to pull away from the stock, then it gets easy, and is
again hard to close up against the stock.
With enough power it snaps open and again with enough power
it snaps closed.
Have you had this experience? Is my repairman correct and it
should get better with use or . . .?
Thanks for your help
from the rifle and hard to close up against the rife.

Almost sounds like an o-ring sizing issue
Re: Trouble Cocking Walther LGR
It sounds as if the seal needed to be sized to the chamber. I've run into that a few times.
