Hello All,
We all know the web site at USAS keeps from bad to worst to worst.
They don't have the Find a Match section, seems to be replaced with Find a Competition, but there is nothing in there, only the big National Championships,,, etc.
is it possible that nobody is requesting to register PTOs or anything, anymore, anywhere?

I suggest giving them a call. Of late they've been quite unresponsive to emails.
