Aftermarket Grip Question - Long Fingers

When building my grips, I tend to run out of support on the top and bottom of my fingers on the front of the grip. I built it out to get proper alignment of the fingers which I can achieve but there is no support left from the wood of the original grip. I have tried to build the support out as well but there is not a lot of wood there to make it stable.

I was curious if the aftermarket grips such as the Rink or Morini grips have more support in this area. I am using a large grip at the moment on my SP and K12 and they fit fine (maybe a little large) in the back but need work in the front to accommodate my fingers.

Answer to your question- the stock grips from Rink are similar in fit to the stock grips from Pardini. (I have the original Pardini grips, and Rink grips for my SP.)

What you can do is build your existing grip out to the way you like it, with Sugru, etc.. Then, send the grip to Rink and have them make a copy.

Alternatively, you could travel to Germany and be custom fitted,...

This is very new, and we have no idea how well it works, or if it will be offered for the Pardini SP:

I appreciate it,

Ideally Germany would be the go to, but is not in my near future.

I did see that new grip. I am going to do a bit more research on it.

I might just get one as close to perfect as I can and get it to a 3D printer or Rink. Lots of trial and error.

You could add a couple nails for extra strength, then add the paste so that they stay inside of the paste, like beams.

Lake,

I can help you with that. I make lots of grips for shooters with big, small, fat, skinny, long and short hands. If we could do a quick video call to get a look at your needs, I'm sure I can work something up for you.

Regarding S-Grip - come see Sport Shooting Depot vendor stand at CMP Air Nationals in a few weeks. We will have it and the grip will actually be mounted on Pardini SP.
