Shoot a 60 shot course using international rules, post your results. Done.

Some people use an app called TargetScan to score paper targets, but certainly not required.

It's all pretty much the honor system. There is no prize for winning, and it's really here to see how you're improving and to cheer each other on.

Actually, it is here to provide stressful shooting trying to avoid mocking laughter at your performance. It encourages you to piss away your hard-earned cash in a pathetic attempt to buy points.

It's just like real life!

Another personal best for me! 541 in a match

This months excuse: something popped in my back at the end of Jan and I've not been able to train for the past two weeks. Was very pleased to be fit enough to visit the range this week and it has encouraged me to start doing various yoga and pilates exercises so hopefully it never happens again.

I'm still not shooting as well as I was since before my bout with COVID last month, so I'm banking this one and I'll revisit it if I can improve.

This would have been a pretty solid score for me before I got sick, but even still I wasn't very comfortable shooting the session. My vision and my hold are both still iffy. I'm still having some cardio issues in my martial arts practice as well. Both are coming back slowly, and I just need to push through it. I'm hoping for still more improvement coming up to the league match next weekend.

Took a hiatus, but I'm back with a new personal best. (previous was 498-6X)
