Hammerli Service in the US
The air cylinder that came with my AP-20, the one without the pressure gauge built in, malfunctioned. I've had it since March, 2021 so it is under warranty. I called Champion's Choice and they gave me the phone number for Walther/Hammerli/Umerex (sp?) in Fort Smith. I called once last week and left a message. Did not hear back and called again yesterday. Got a nice fellow on the phone who emailed me a repair form with instructions for sending the air cylinder to them for inspection and, hopefully, either repair of replacement. I mailed it off to them this morning. Stay tuned.......prayers gratefully accepted for a quick and positive resolution.

Update. The air cylinder was received by Walther in Ft. Smith on Monday, 10/18. Still awaiting word as to repair or replacement. :-)

Good luck to you. The crew at Ft. Smith are not good at returning e-mails or phone calls.
I think a person who decided to be a Walther/Hammerli service center could do well for themselves away from the Umarex umbrella, especially if they just dealt with actual match guns, not the guns like the "Hammerli" 850 Magnum" type offerings.

We shall see. I've heard horror stories about their service. That said, the fellow I spoke with who emailed me the claim form with instructions was on top of things and helpful. Hope springs eternal........stay tuned. :-)brent375hh wrote: ↑Thu Oct 21, 2021 9:42 am Good luck to you. The crew at Ft. Smith are not good at returning e-mails or phone calls.

Update. Good news.
They received the defective air cylinder on October 18th. This morning I received a new, replacement cylinder in the mail. Pretty good service, IMO.

Well, air went into the cylinder yesterday. Will see if it works on the pistol after lunch. :-)brent375hh wrote: ↑Tue Nov 09, 2021 6:13 pmVery happy to hear of your positive outcome.B Lafferty wrote: ↑Tue Nov 09, 2021 11:30 am Update. Good news.
