The European championship (currently going on) has many great moments.
The very competitive bronze medal match AP team men was one of them.
Turkish athlete Serdar Demirel, with no former experience at this level, did quite well under pressure.

In the Final Air Pistol Team Women Junior, it really became evident that an inexperienced coach at the final stage could do more harm than use.

Turks failed to control emotions and the coach only made things worse with her wrong timing for calling the time-out. Disrupted the team so badly that the youngsters lost points due to lack of concentration. A coach needs to teach more than shooting—also competing.
