USA Shooting Selects El Salvador Junior Grand Prix Team

USA Shooting names 12 athletes to the El Salvador Junior Grand Prix (Air Rifle and Air Pistol) Team.

This Junior Airgun Grand Prix will take place March 8-14, 2021 in San Salvador, El Salvador and serves as the qualification match for the first ever Junior Pan American Games later this year in Cali, Colombia. The Junior Pan American Games will provide the opportunity to earn extra Quota spots for the Pan American Games happening in 2023 in Santiago, Chile.

A total of 15 Country Quota places are up for grabs in each individual event: Junior Men’s Air Rifle, Junior Women’s Air Rifle, Junior Men’s Air Pistol, and Junior Women’s Air Pistol.

Women’s Air Rifle

Additionally, these juniors representing the USA at the Junior Pan American Games became members of the USAS National Junior Team on January 14th, 2021 through the 2021 USA Shooting National Championships.
