Kudos to Pilkington

Pilkington once again deserves recognition. Earlier this year I had a problem getting a LP5 to cycle. Sent it to Pilkington and the problem was addressed quickly, reasonably, and professionally. I recently acquired an early LP10 that is a CO2 system. I already am set up for HPA so I didn't want another system to sustain, although it is simple. I sent it to Pilkington and dealt with Jennifer. She was prompt and courteous. The pistol arrived there last Friday. The conversion was complete and invoiced on Monday and it ships back to me today, Tuesday. Wonderful service and ongoing contact by Jennifer.
In an era where customer service is painful, doing business with Pilkington is a refreshing delight. My 10M rifles and pistols are currently working, but I will use them again when needed and commend them to all.
