Help with LP10

I bought a 2nd hand LP10 yesterday, I tested it and everything, even my coach tested it and it worked perfectly. Went home and showed it to my dad and even showed him how loud it is by firing without a pellet. Today I tried firing it and it would just dry fire. I reread the manual and pulled the level until fully vertical and placed it down until you feel that click thing and until the “F” on the side is visible. But still on dry fire; both of the cylinders are still full. I don’t know what to do.

Two things come to mind:
1.) Unscrew the pressurized cylinder, cock the lever and fire the pistol. Reattach the cylinder and try firing the pistol.
2.) Carefully dismount the grip from the pistol and see if there are any loose or broken part(s).

I tried both suggestions, but still just dry firing. And when I removed the grip all parts seemed to be fine; nothing seemed to be broken or out of place.
Update: So I texted my coach the whole situation and she said maybe the complete volb needs replacement. (Idk if she meant valve but just typed volb or if volb is the name of an actual part of the air gun)

Check this video. Spring in place? Is it compressed if you close the cocking lever?

Sometimes the silver pin in cam lost and the cam stays permanently in top position. The hammer will be blocked. The pistol stays in permanent dry firing mode.
