please explain pardini kids grip angle give below

Post by rajemessage »

hi,

in Pardini kids manual, one thing I could not understand if anyone can make it clear by making a pen sketch would be helpfull.

" an optimum grip angle; a high grip point (only a few millimeters under the barrel axis as permitted by ISSF regulation)"

That sounds like someone has either mis-quoted Pardini, something has been lost in interpretation or they don't understand the rules.

There is NO requirement under ISSF rules for the barrel to be above the hand on a 10m Air Pistol.

That rule only applies to 25m pistols.

Look at the drawing in ISSF rule 8.13

They omitted "as permitted by ISSF regulation" in other languages (see the manual)

and what does optimum angle means, does that mean the grip has got maximum pivoted angel, like Steyr has one feature, that is one can very pivote the grip of Steyr .

Optimum means best, but you wouldn't expect any manufacturer to say that their grip angle was rubbish.

I think you are asking whether the grip angle is adjustable but, if you look at the online manual, it doesn't seem to be.
