I found these on eBay, but shipping from Canada is not cost effective, has anyone seen these targets in the USA?
Also what is your favorite brand of paper target to get clean cut holes? I have heard Kruger brand is good, but interested to hear brands people have good luck with, thank you.

Greetings,
Please post the eBay link for the reduced targets.
Material-wise, Kruger and Edelmann make nice targets. The pellets make nice clean holes.
I scrounge used Kruger targets from the shooting club to use for group testing due to the clean holes they produce.
Cheers,
Dave

I'll go with fc60!
I was chatting with one of the guys at the Desert Mid-Winter. I mentioned I was at a big match where they fired a single shot per bull. Afterward I shipped home several cases of used targets for practice. They already had the value of the hole written on them.
Damn, I'm cheap!

Or sensible. Given the opportunity I'd do the same. Kruger and Edelman make the best holes by far but why not practice on a one hole target. The score isn't supposed to be the point, is it?

Air rifle targets are equivalent to AP targets at 5 meters, i.e. a 30.5mm-black AR at 5m is visually equivalent to a 59.5mm-black AP at 10 meters.
For a cheapo solution to shooting at 5 meters, this works. Not perfect, but if it works, it's right.
Equivalent scoring AR to 5m AP; on a AR target:
"COMPLETELY" inside the 8-ring = 10
Completely inside 6-ring = 9
If shot touches any part of 5 = 8
Completely outside of 6-ring = 7
For example:
Paper? Kruger targets. Excellent.
$15.20 for #250 AR-5/5 targets.

Wow...those are some super nice clean cut holes!...I have been away from organized match shooting for 20 years, a recent purchase of beautiful Fienwerkbau match pistol has me looking for local matches to join, but want to practice a bit in my tiny apartment. I got some paper targets from Walmart but they just tear rather than cut clean, I remembered the club I shot at provided nice quality targets like you have shown and I sure miss the quality paper. Thanks for posting!

I went back and looked at the eBay ad, the pictures showed this target, if they indeed cut as clean a hole as picture shows I'm in! I added 3 packs to my cart before shipping showed less than cost of targets....grrrr
I will give them a go, and report back here with my results.
PS: I did love the idea of using rifle targets at 5 meters to, I plan to give that a try and see what I prefer.

You can use this calculator to print the target at the right size for any distance
https://www.olympicpistol.com/target-calculator/. You can also set the target at the right hight for every distance.

Remember that if you want to get close to the scoring of a "real" 10m target then, because the pellet size does not reduce in proportion to the distance, the diameter of the black will need to be larger than the diameter of the 7 ring.
Try
these targets from our webmaster.
