Rake and Cant

The Steyr video on adjusting the grip of an LP10 states that you can’t adjust BOTH rake and cant using ONLY the adjustment screws. So that implies there is a way to adjust both. I’m guessing that means either carving the grip, or using some sort of shim. Is there a commonly known way to do it? Instructional videos or picture threads? Commercially available shims?
