Take the lens holder to your Optician, explain about what you want it for , and let things flow from there .....

They made a lens for my knoblochs. Fast service and good quality.

I got an email from Pilkington that they are out of stock. Meanwhile, I got an email from shootingsite responding to my question about how to order one without distance or astigmatism correction. Their order form gave me pause because it asked for sphere and cylinder. The price also seems high for what I want. Pilkington would have been cheaper. But I went ahead and ordered from shootingsite.

You can get inexpensive 37mm lenses from Champion's Choice, which come in the increments of +0.5 from +0.5 upto +2.0
They are $16 each, less for a set of three.

Shootingsite offers free shipping, so by the time you add shipping for CC, the costs would be similar. Still, CC would have been a little less expensive.
