Improper cleaning seems to be the root cause of the Morini Tank Recall. Proper cleaning of anodized aluminum isnt difficult. Applying a wax to the surface after cleaning PCP air tanks is a good idea. It ads a layer of additional protection to the air tank. Heres a link to some cleaning instructions for anodized aluminum. Some may think that their tanks arent anodized, but be aware that clear anodizing is very common and all our airgun tanks are coated.....
