Pellet gets stuck in barrrel

Post by amarinder »

Over last 1 month, 3 times my pellet has not left the barrel. Though the pressure is 150+ and inserted correctly. The very next pellet that I fire goes out with full pressure.

What could be wrong

Most unusual...i would suspect the regulator could be to blame. Get it serviced or replaced. Which brand/model of gun do you use?

I had a similar problem and the culprits were the pellets that had serious quality control issues (Gamo Pro Match Competition). When I added them to the pellet box were they are arranged in rows, many would not go in because of size. In another tin I found a hunting pointy head pellet.

This is a new thing, right?

I would suspect a broken O-ring or regulator problem. I'd try different pellets first, though.
