Regarding the pros and cons of the FAS 6004 pistol. I found this article very useful#

Hope it helps to explain some of the pistols faults and how to correct them. Yes you are correct and Chiappa should not allow these out to customers in this state, however we have bought them and with these corrections carried out the pistol is worth every penny of what you paid for it. I love it.
