Chronograph For Testing 25M Rapid Fire Ammo

Greetings,
Just read the ISSF rules for the Chronograph test. 250M/S minimum is quite clear.
However, the rule book states that the distance must be 3M from the muzzle to the first chronograph screen. This seems odd as various chronographs have different skyscreen spacing. My Oehler can be used at 5 foot spacing and also at 2 foot.
I have two PACT chronographs and one used 24 inch spacing. The other uses 18 inch spacing.
The chronograph in the rule book I do not recognize. I tried to "google" the official ISSF chronograph with no success.
So, please offer your opinions.
Cheers,
Dave
