Queries for Senior Shooters

I have been averaging above 95 for first 3 series and then the shoulder muscles fatigue and loose their stability at the aiming area. Fatigue + desperate-trigger operate results in 92 average for next 3 series.
I have been taking breaks and know practice will deal with fatigue but any exercises for this?
Also, Does using a higher weight like 1.5-1.6 kg stone to increase stability result in lower stability when we lift 1kg pistol. My coach is against lifting higher weights in holding position but some elite athletes favor it.

What is your general fitness like?
Sounds half an issue of fitness; half an issue of discipline.

The general theory for pistol shooting is more repetitions with lighter weights, not increasing the weight much beyond that of your heaviest pistol.
The other issue is how long you are holding. I'm over 60 now, and I get muscle spasms that will flip shots completely off the paper if I hold too long. I have been practicing getting my shots off MUCH faster, and that helps enormously. The ideal shot is one that breaks as soon as you settle into your period of minimum wobble. If you wait until the pistol is fully settled to start your final squeeze, the odds are good that the shot will break after your hold has begun to deteriorate. This means you have to start your squeeze before the pistol is fully settled, which takes some courage. The vast majority of my best shots are now the ones where I get the shot off quite quickly, which also minimizes fatigue.

Both responses above have been dead on.
I suggest you get off your ass and get a job where you have to do some physical work; part time is perfect. This will "loosen" you up. Don't worry about the pay; consider it being paid to work out and will cover your beer.
And, yes, shoot faster.
