DIY Target Retrevial

Hello All,
I've searched the various threads on this forum for information about shooting at home, and home ranges.
Since I got into pistol shooting last winter I have been shooting out of the back window of my garage, its the only safe place at home to shoot. But the walk out the garage, through the house, into the back yard and back again to change a target is a little annoying to say the least. I want a better solution.
I don't want to spend hundreds, and my DIY skills are kind of limited. But if I do it, its got to be done right..
Another hobby of mine is flying drones, I have video transmitters and cameras lying round, I want to attach one onto the system somewhere powered by LiPo battery so I can beam video back to my shooting position (I have an old TV which will be ideal for this)
This will weigh 200/300 grams. Plus I need a target holder of some sort and a pulley system.
Does anyone have any recommended plans for the pulley system? I want to start putting this together.
I plan on documenting it all, maybe someone will find it/aspects of it useful for their own solutions.
