DR muzzle crown question

Is re-crowning the muzzle considered an external modification ?
I have done countless barrels without issue.. I do (did) maintain a factory style configurarion. I would agrue, that bringing factory specs to near perfect, is not a modification, but blue printing, or correcting factory mass production error.Dr.Lee wrote:Is re-crowning the muzzle considered an external modification ?
