I don't have a MG-1 pistol, but from my personal experience in fitting small springs and bearings without them falling out, I apply a small dab of grease so they stay put in place, then I assemble the part that houses the bearings or springs.
You could contact Match Guns for an exploded diagram and parts if necessary.

Why don't you get in touch with Stefano Calzetti at Match Guns and ask him to ship the replacement part? Sure it's some very cheap bit

Match Guns needs a dealer...and a repair center. Their business model is to have the shooter ship the gun to the factory for any repairs - which in the USA, means export and import paperwork that is extremely impractical. I know Neal Stepp was importing them for a while, and stopped for precisely that reason.

I
t appears that Don Nygord was the US dealer until his death in 2005. Neil at ISS has a few parts for the MG-2. I don't know if Neil bought the Nygord inventory or was a dealer as well.
Many updates have occurred over the last few years which would stop me from purchasing any spare parts that are not of the current specifications.

In Australia the Importer/Distributor keeps all parts in stock and has a gunsmith service to handle warranty problems instantly.
He has a very close relationship with the Factory and provides a service that is second to none.
