Used Hi-Standard. Not the cheapest, but you can count on a better trigger than anything that will cost you less.

Why would you train for RF with a different type of pistol than the one you shoot the event with ?

The cheapest you could get here would be a used .22 short (Walther OSP or Hämmerli 230) which nobody wants anyhow, and almost nobody is licensed to buy, so they'll go for a mere 30 to 80 Euros - but then, the recoil is significantly different, so I wonder whether the project is really sensible.

IZh-35, if you don't mind having to replace parts made of a cheap soft metal.
Hi-Standards, Rugers, Smith-41s, and the rest of the old designs have a high barrel line and are a huge disadvantage in the 4 sec series. But seriously, buy a Pardini and you will not have to worry anymore about the gun.
