Got a question,
If I added this conversion to my IZH-46, would that make it illegal with ISSF?
Basically, It allows the IZH to be multi pump and have a higher velocity.
What do you guys think?

Ernie, The multi-stroke conversion is totally unnecessary for ten meter shooting.
It was conceived for hunters that wanted more foot pounds of energy for
killing critters. You do not need to modify the Izzy for Silhouette either.
I've shot pistol silhouette with a Marksman 2004 and knocked down each
kind of target at the four prescribed distances. That was with a single hand hold
using the Marksman's cheapo open sights. Come to think of it, we hit and knocked
over the targets with an anemic Gamo Compact too.
Since your original question was concerning the legality of the multi stroke
modification; the answer is yes. If it were me, I would question the consistency
of pellet speed, compared to the original Izzy powerplant. Fred Mannis points
out that considering 8 strokes to reach 600fps, this requires 480 strokes
per 60 targets; God help you if you actually move into the finals!
