From searching the web, specifically Wikipedia, I have gotten the following dimensions of the Olympic rapid fire pistol targets:

5 targets
25 meter shooting distance
10 cm 10 ring

I do not have the diameter of the other scoring rings or the distance between targets. I am looking to set up a steel plate practice range in my back yard to practice a bit and see how I like it before going to a out of state match.

25m Rapid Fire Pistol Target (for the 25m Rapid Fire Pistol event and the Rapid Fire stages of the 25m Center Fire and 25m Pistol events):
10 ring 100 mm (±0.4 mm) 7 ring 340 mm (±1.0 mm)
9 ring 180 mm (±0.6 mm) 6 ring 420 mm (±2.0 mm)
8 ring 260 mm (±1.0 mm) 5 ring 500 mm (±2.0 mm)
Inner Ten: 50 mm (±0.2 mm).
Black from 5 to 10 rings = 500 mm (±2.0 mm).
Ring thickness: 0.5 mm to 1.0 mm.
Minimum visible size of target card: width: 550 mm; height: 520 mm – 550 mm.
Scoring ring values 5 – 9 are printed in the scoring zones, in vertical lines only. The 10 point zone is not marked with a number.
The zone numbers must be approximately 5 mm high and 0.5 mm thick. White horizontal aiming lines replace the ring values at the left and the right side of the target center. Each of the lines is 125 mm long and 5 mm wide.

Would be less expensive and more accurate due to the colors of the target and white lines if you just call ISS or Kruger and buy some targets for around $.20 each. It is a large target but unless you hit a 9.8, it is a miss. The hit miss may only be for finals and I might be off a tenth or so but think my info is fairly accurate. Finals for sport and centerfire changed last year as well and anything less than a 10.3 for finals was a zero. It is now at least a 10.2 or a zero. Still need the entire target and white and frame for aiming purposes and consistency.

It's 9.7 or better for a hit in the RFP final.

In the qualification round, do they add up the points or is it hit and miss?

The qualification round is scored with full points, not decimals.

It's only the final that's hit/miss.

140 cm from floor to targetcenter.
Small correction to avoid future missunderstandings; there is no final in centerfire.
