IZH-46M grip washer/screw eye size?

Soooooo, after a few months of absence from shooting, I'm getting back into the game and to make Rover happy, sold the Morini 162EI for a IZH-46M and some beer.
I traded back my old grip for the new one but it's missing 3/4 of the screw eyes.
So I looked at EEA
http://www.eaacorp.com/diagrams-izh46lg.html part #66 and #28. 3.50$ for EACH part! Since I mostly still have a few of my mental faculties (maybe), there is no way I'm paying 15$ for a screw and 3 nuts + shipping (EEA doesn't ship to Canada)
SO, anybody knows which exact size these are and what they're (especially #28) called? "Screw eye" doesn't tell me much.
EDIT: Had a "senior moment" about the screws, only 3 screw for the grip.

The screws are all 4mm. The "eyes" are custom as near as I can tell. Washers with a .155" ID with a .350" OD should work.
You will need one round splined nut that holds the grips together.
The palm shelf also has a flat strap that is tapped for the 4mm screws in two spots.

You might as well change all the grip screws to hex-nut screws. You will get a stronger tightening, and no risk of striping the screws. I can't remember the screw size. I think it was either metric m6 or m8.

Ignore this. There is no way the screws are as large as m6, and the m4 suggested by the previous post sounds right. I'm not sure what "hex-nut" screws are, but you could use hex drive
socket head screws.
All the screws seat inside custom knurled cups pressed into the wood. Finding non-IZH replacements won't be easy. A plain flat washer would work, and you could glue them into place if you want to get fancy.
Two of the screws thread into a tang on the pistol, and require no nuts. The lowest screw goes through the grip into a threaded nut in the opposite grip panel. That nut is another custom piece. You might be able to glue a washer and a hex nut down into the hole, but it won't be easy.
Also, despite EAA's still having the web site page up, the last time I tried to place an order, they said they no longer sell IZH parts. If they changed their mind, I'd love to know about it.

"Ace is THE place" I go to first for anything small and metric, IZH, Tau, Gehmann, CZ200 .... and usually the last place. And this is in a corner of Montana, besides. Easier, faster, cheaper -- what's not to like?

The double nut part that the palm shelf screws thread into will be the biggest problem. A chunk of scrap metal and a 4mm tap should get you there though.

Hey Brent,
fortunately, I do have the palm shelf "assembly" and all screws. I'm only missing 3 screw eyes and the "nut" that the lower screw threads into.

I dug out my notes. The screws are all M4 0.7mm pitch:
The grips screws are 15 mm long, and the “pump lever handle” screw (#48) is 10 mm long. The palm rest screws (#79) are longer, 20 mm.
